My name is Alicia Kimmerly. I am a Creative Arts Therapist dedicated to helping children, teens, and adults find healing through creativity, compassion, and connection.
Life can be overwhelming, and at times it may feel lonely or difficult to know where to turn. Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, ADHD, family challenges, or a major life transition,
you don't have to navigate it alone.
My personal and professional experiences have shaped my passion for creating a safe, supportive space where individuals feel seen, heard, and accepted. I believe that every person's story is unique, and because of that, therapy should be too.
Art therapy is about much more than creating artwork. It offers a meaningful way to express thoughts and emotions that can be difficult to put into words. Every session is individualized to meet your needs, whether that includes creative expression, traditional talk therapy, or a combination of both.
I work with children using art and play-based interventions to support emotional regulation, build confidence, and strengthen healthy coping skills. I also work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, and the challenges that come with everyday life.
My goal is to meet you exactly where you are and walk alongside you as you discover your own path toward healing, resilience, and wellness.
Wherever you are in your journey, you are welcome here.
Join us for upcoming events,
